Have you heard about the Marin County Reusable Foodware Ordinance?
What Does The Foodware Ordinance Means for You?
Take-Out:
- Phase out single-use plastics! All take-out orders will use chemical-free or BPI-certified unlined, wood-based/paper compostable foodware.
- To encourage the use of reusable containers, there is a nominal ($0.25) charge for single-use hot/cold cups.
- Looking for utensils, napkins, or other accessories? Just ask! Our staff will happily provide them for you.
Dine-In:
- Enjoy your delicious Mexican food using our reusable foodware options.
- Recycling and composting are made easy with designated bins.
- As usual, foodware utensils are available on request.
Bringing Your Own Reusable Containers
Marin County confirms it’s safe to use your reusable containers for takeout. As long as they are clean, our servers are glad to fill them up.
Online Ordering & Delivery
People who order online should have the option to opt-in on foodware accessories. So if your order is for delivery, lids, plugs, and sleeves may be automatically added for beverages as needed.
Our Commitment
Here at our Mexican Restaurant, we support the Reusable Foodware Ordinance as a step toward a more sustainable future.
We encourage all our guests, our patrons, and all the locals of Marin County, to help us with this endeavor. Together, we can make a real difference!
